General

The honor angle of the old members of the Nazi Party, the so-called " old fighters ", consisted of a disposed ° in 60 and 10 mm wide, interwoven with gold or out of a silver-colored aluminum braid. Originally on black fabric background in the dimensions 9 x 8 cm lying, it became customary at the edge to make an approximately 1 mm wide longitudinal strip of black cloth uniform, replacing the fabric base after 1939. The honor angle of the old fighters were worn in all Party organizations on the right upper arm and could also be awarded honorary. The latter mainly concerned that people group, the relatively late - usually mid to late 1930s - had joined the Nazi Party or in one of the connected sub-organizations. SA- angle honor

Launched in February 1934, SA- angle honor lay on a light brown background. It consisted of an interwoven gold colored aluminum braid, which had two approximately 1 cm wide red stripe separation. The angle honor awarded to all members of the SA who were the NSDAP occurred before January 30, 1933 and thus had a membership number to 300,000. The rank was irrelevant and this angle was worn by both team as well as officer ranks alike.

But already in September 1934 this honor angle was replaced by the new system of so-called "honor stripes". This indicated the affiliation to the NSDAP by a variety of different width stripes and were worn on both forearms on the cuff of his uniform jacket.

NSKK Honor angle

The honorary angle of the NSKK and his award corresponded essentially to that of the Sturmabteilung. The honorary angle was worn below the " insignia of the National Socialist Motor Corps ". There were three variants from this angle. NSFK Honor angle

The angle of the honor NSFK derives also from the former SA Honor angle and its procurement rules. SS Honor angle with star for former police and members of the Wehrmacht

The angle honor for former police and Wehrmacht is derived from the SS - angle honor and was also like this at December 15, 1934 introduced. Whose support had been converted directly from the police or from the former Reichswehr in the SS. The honorary angle consisted of a silver -embroidered lace with two 1 cm wide black stripe separation. Honorary angle for the police, fire and emergency the Technical

The angle honor for former Stahlhelm members represents an independent development and leads back to the glory angle of the later Nazi Reichskriegerbund Federal. He was introduced as the SS honor angle at December 15, 1935 for former members of the Stahlhelm, which had occurred between 1933 and the summer of 1934 in the Sturmabteilung and the Schutzstaffel.
