Horacio Ernesto Benites Astoul ( born November 3, 1933, Buenos Aires, Argentina) is a retired Auxiliary Bishop of Buenos Aires.

Life

Emilio Bianchi di Carcano received on 22 September 1962 and was ordained priest incardinated in the clergy of the Archdiocese of Buenos Aires. John Paul II appointed him auxiliary bishop on 16 March 1999 in Buenos Aires and Titular Bishop of Lamzella.

The Archbishop of Buenos Aires Jorge Mario Cardinal Bergoglio SJ donated to him on 1 May of the same year, the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were the auxiliary bishops in Buenos Aires Mario José Serra and Guillermo Leaden SDB.
