Horta Airport, in Portuguese " Aeroporto da Horta ", is a Portuguese airport on the Azores island of Ilha do Faial, about 10 kilometers away from the center in Horta. Line services are carried out from Horta of Regional Air Lines, SATA Air Açores and TAP Air Portugal. Horta Airport was inaugurated on 24 August 1971 by the Admiral Américo Tomás.
