Hotel Berlin, Berlin

The Hotel Berlin, Berlin (Formerly Hotel Berlin) is a 4 -star superior hotel and one of the largest hotels in Germany. The historic building is located in Berlin's Tiergarten district (district center) on Lützowplatz.

History

Originally, the hotel was opened in Berlin in West Berlin in 1958. In the 1980s and in 1996 the building was expanded with two additional wings of the hotel. Today, the house has 701 rooms and suites in six categories, several restaurants and bars as well as one of the few garden restaurants in town.

In 2006, the Swedish company Pandox AB took over the hotel in Berlin. The outdated hotel has been refurbished and is now regarded as a creative venue.

It is one of the largest convention hotels in the federal capital. The conference and event space is available for events with over 3000 sq meters available. A total of 48 function rooms are available.
