House at 88 Prospect Street

The House at 88 Prospect Street is a historic house in Wakefield, and is in Middlesex County in the U.S. state of Massachusetts. The house was built in 1913 and designed by architect Harland O. Perkins, in the style of an English cottage. The interior design is decorated in stucco.

The period of significance of the house extends from 1900 to 1924. As the name implies, the house is located at the Prospect Street number 88, and is privately owned.

The building was taken on July 6, 1989 by the National Register of Historic Places with the number 89,000,737 in the registers.
