Howard Bloom

Howard Bloom ( born June 25, 1943 in Buffalo, New York) is an American author. In the 1970s and 1980s he was a PR agent known rock stars like Prince, Billy Joel and Michael Jackson. Biography

Early years

As a child, Howard Bloom developed a keen interest in scientific subjects, particularly cosmology and microbiology. At age 12, he won the Westinghouse Science Award for a computer design. At 16, he worked as a research assistant at one of the largest cancer research centers, the Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
