Howard James Hubbard

Howard James Hubbard ( born October 31, 1938 in Troy, New York, USA) is a retired Bishop of Albany.

Life

Howard James Hubbard received on 18 December 1963, the sacrament of Holy Orders.

On February 1, 1977, Pope Paul VI appointed him. Bishop of Albany. The Archbishop of New York, Terence Cooke gave him on 27 March of the same year, the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were the retired auxiliary bishop in Albany, Edward Joseph Maginn, and the Bishop Emeritus of Albany, Edwin Bernard Broderick.

On February 11, 2014 Pope Francis accepted the Howard James Hubbard put forward reasons of age resignation.
