Huacaraje

Huacaraje (also: Guacaraje ) is a country town in the Beni Department in the South American Andes State of Bolivia.

Location in near space

Huacaraje is the central place of the homonymous district ( bolivian: Municipio) Huacaraje in the province Iténez and lies at an altitude of 148 m on the right bank of the Río Lopez, part of the river system of the Río Iténez and ends seventeen kilometers downstream in the Río Itonomas. Huacaraje located 50 kilometers southeast of the provincial capital of Magdalena and 200 line kilometers north-east of Trinidad, the capital of the department.

Geography

From Trinidad from the highway Ruta 9 leads to 211 kilometers in a northerly direction over Puente San Pablo to San Ramón. Here branches off a dirt road to the east, after 82 kilometers, the city of Magdalena reached and after a further 48 kilometers to the southeast Huacaraje.
