Geography

Huisheim is located in the Region of Augsburg.

There are the following districts: Huisheim, Gosheim and Lommerange home.

History

In the 15-16. Century was the place the chief official of the Counts of Oettingen Alerheim.

Huisheim was before 1800 Pflegamt and belonged to the kingdom of pin Kaisheim. Since the Imperial Diet of 1803 the place belonged to Bavaria.

Incorporations

On 1 May 1978, until then independent neighboring community Gosheim was incorporated.
