Ian Ogilvy
Ian Ogilvy ( born September 30, 1943 in Woking, Surrey, United Kingdom) is a British actor.
Life and work
Ogilvy was educated at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London and made his stage debut in 1962. Since 1966, he worked in various films and moved in the 1970s to television. In 1978, he was as Simon Templar successor to Roger Moore in the series Return of the Saint. In the 1990s and 2009 in My Big Fat Greek Summer he took over in U.S. productions film roles again.
Ian Ogilvy is the author of published in Germany by Ravensburger children's book series " Miesel ". Have appeared so far are " Miesel and the cockroaches magic ", " Miesel and the dragon guardian ", " Miesel and the witches conspiracy ", " Miesel and Glibbermonster " and " Miesel and the scary cave ".
