The IHC Pisek is a Czech ice hockey club from Pisek. He is since 2013, the third division of the Czech Republic, the second league to.

History

The club was founded in 1990 and was born from the merger of the VTJ Pisek with JITEX Pisek, the latter was already founded in the early 20th century. The VTJ Pisek, formerly known as the Dukla Jihlava Dukla Pisek or B, until the early 1990s, an army club. 1994 managed the team with the league title the 2nd league promotion to the 1st League, where they played until 2005. In the 1996/97 season she also managed the third place of the first league the best finish in club history. Following in 2005 was ranked 14th of relegation from the second to the third division.

Venue

In 1965, the Zimni Pisek, an open ice rink opened. In 1973 the roof of the rink. In the 1990s, the ice rink was renovated and renamed in snop arena Pisek 2007.
