The IK Investment Partners (until 2008 Industri Kapital ) is a private equity company of Swedish origin headquartered in London, as well as additional offices in Hamburg, Paris and Stockholm.

Background

Enskilda Ventures Ltd had emerged from 1989 a representative office in London, from the Industri Kapital. In 1993, Industri Kapital became independent. Overall, by 2007 about 5.7 billion euros were recorded at 5 investors in various funds and thus more than 70 companies in Europe (Benelux, France, Scandinavia and Germany ) bought.
