Ilan Araújo Dall'Igna

Ilan Araújo or short- Ilan (born 18 September 1980 in Curitiba, Brazil as Ilan Araújo Dall'Igna ) is a Brazilian football player with an Italian passport.

Ilan started his professional career in January 1999 when Brazil Atlético Paranaense. A year later, in January 2000, Ilan moved to São Paulo FC, ​​one of the biggest clubs of Brazil. But this did not keep him long, in January 2001, he returned to Atlético Paranaense. Here he finally played for three years before to FC Sochaux, he moved to France in the summer of 2004. Here he became a star and fan favorite, but he scored 23 goals in two years. In summer 2006, he moved to AS Saint- Étienne. After four years at AS Saint- Étienne, where he completed 107 games and 26 goals, he moved to English club West Ham United. Ilan could not prevail in London and was released after a few months. Despite numerous interested parties in Europe, the striker moved his home to SC Internacional. After four games, he was sacked by the club. The 2012/2013 season he has started the new French first division club SC Bastia.

For his native Brazil, he stood at the 2003 Copa América on the court.
