Ilaria Mauro

Ilaria Mauro (born 22 May 1988 in Gemona del Friuli, Udine, Friuli -Venezia Giulia ) is an Italian football player.

Career

Association

Mauro started her career with eight years in the male youth of the E- UP Reanese. In summer 2001, she left UP Reanese and moved to D- youth of the women's football club Unione Sportiva Poli Comunale Graphistudio Tavagnacco. After a year in the Primavera team with which they won the series D Femminile, she was promoted in the summer of 2002 Serie A team. She played at the age of 14 years her senior debut and was with the team in 2011 and 2012 runners-up in Serie A this second place, brought her the first time an operating time in the UEFA Women's Champions League. On 1 June 2013, it helped with a goal, 2-0 on ASD CF Bardolino for the initial gain, the Coppa Italia. She ran for UPC Tagnacco on in 133 games, scoring 67 goals, before joining in the summer in the 2nd Bundesliga for women to SC sand. On September 8, 2013, she made her debut in the 2nd Bundesliga against SV 67 Weinberg and netted her Einstandstor. They also helped with five goals in four games, the SC sand to the semi-finals of the DFB Cup 2013.

National

Mauro played for years in the Italian U-19 national team and was appointed the first time in the Italian national football team for women in spring 2008. She gave as part of the Algarve Cup her senior international debut for Italy against the Chinese national football team of women in Loulé. In June 2013 was nominated by coach Antonio Cabrini for the European Football Championship Women 2013 in Sweden. She played in the finals in three games, scoring one goal.
