Île Marc is an uninhabited island in the territory of Nunavut in Canada. It belongs to the Bathurst - Iceland - group of the Queen Elizabeth Islands in the Arctic Ocean. From the north neighboring island Massey Iceland it is little more than a kilometer away from Alexander Iceland in the east about 5.5 kilometers. Its area is 56 km ².
Boosted by their shallow coasts, the island is visited by seasonal caribou, swim across the strait to Massey Iceland.
