The Ileksa (Russian Илекса ) is the main tributary of the Wodlosero Lake in Northwest Russia.

The 155 km long river has its origin in Kalgatschinskoje Lake in the Arkhangelsk Oblast. The Ileksa flowing south into the Republic of Karelia, where it discharges into the Wodlosero. The most important tributary is the Tschusreka from the left. The catchment area includes part of the Wodlosero National Park and is 3950 km ².
