Ilias Iliadis

Ilias Iliadis (Greek Ηλίας Ηλιάδης, born November 10, 1986 in Akhmeta, Georgia) is a native of Georgia Greek judoka, who originally Dschardschi Swiadauri said.

His biggest success in 2004 was the victory at the Summer Olympic Games in Athens, with only 17 years in the weight category up to 81 kg. Even before the Games he won the European title in this weight class.

From 2005 Iliadis competed in the 90 -kilogram category. In the World Judo Championships in 2005 and 2007, he won in this weight class in each case the silver medal. The World Judo Championships 2010, he won and defended his title in 2011 in Paris.

At the 2012 Olympic Games in London Iliadis won the bronze medal.

In 2013, he secured the bronze medal at the World Championships in Rio de Janeiro.
