Ilijan Emilow Mizanski (mostly Ilijan Emilov Micanski written, Bulgarian Илиян Емилов Мицански; born December 20, 1985 in Sandanski, Bulgaria) is a Bulgarian football player.

Career

Clubs

Zagłębie Lubin

Mizanski stood for two years at Zagłębie Lubin in the Polish Ekstraklasa under contract. From there his teammates he was nicknamed Lubin Maradona because he scored 40 goals in 59 games in Lubin.

1 FC Kaiserslautern

In summer 2010, he joined the 1st FC Kaiserslautern. His first goal in a competitive match for the Palatinate was the 1:3 goal back on 13 November 2010 in 58 minutes at home to Stuttgart (final score 3:3 ). Otherwise Mizanski could win a regular place in his first season at FCK despite some goals in the preparation and was often used in the second team.

In August 2010, his goal in a 1-0 victory of the 1st FC Kaiserslautern in the test match against Liverpool in the ARD sports show on the goal of the month was elected in July.

On loan at FSV Frankfurt

During the winter break of 2011/12 the 1st FC Kaiserslautern Mizanski awarded to the FSV Frankfurt until season's end. The contract did not include a purchase option. On February 3, 2012, he was in the away match against MSV Duisburg his debut for the Bornheimer. In this game, he scored both goals in a 2-1 away win. With nine goals and five assists in 15 games he played a key role in the relegation of the FSV.

On loan at FC Ingolstadt 04

End of January 2013 gave the first FC Kaiserslautern Mizanski again until the end of the season. He moved on to league rivals FC Ingolstadt 04, for whom he played seven games and scored one goal.

Karlsruher SC

For the 2013/14 season Mizanski moved to second division promoted Karlsruher SC, where he signed a three -year contract.

National

On 11 August 2010 Mizanski first played for the Bulgarian national team in a friendly against Russia. The game in St. Petersburg was lost 1-0. His second duty game he played on 26 May 2012 against the national team of the Netherlands. In the 60th minute Mizanski came in to replace Valeri Boschinow and scored in injury time of the match the 2-1 victory and his first international goal.
