Ilse Pagé

Ilse Pagé (* May 29, 1939 in Berlin ) is a German actress and voice actress.

Life

Born Ilse Hinniger received private acting lessons after their high school diploma. She is a graduate of the Max Reinhardt School of Acting. As a theater actress, she was engaged from 1959 to 1966 at Berlin's Schiller Theater under Boleslaw Barlog.

In the anti-capitalist DEFA Film Berlin - Ecke Schönhauser ... she got her first film role in 1956. Then she turned to the German national cinema. As a film actress, she starred in the 1960s hit comedies and films with regularly in the Edgar Wallace films than with her boss " Sir John " flirtatious secretary. In 1979, she starred in Volker Schlöndorff's The Tin Drum, the role of " Gretchen Scheffler ". For her dramatic performance as a domineering wife Völpel in angel of iron by Thomas Brasch she received in 1981 Film Award.

Ilse Pagé later worked in numerous television films, including the series leaps into the air, John Kling's adventure and Percy Stuart. As a voice actress she lent et al Gene Tierney ( resynchronization of Laura ), Jill St. John (eg The shop keeper or could speak If my bedroom ), Karen Black ( The Day of the Locust ), Marie Versinit ( Winnetou ) and Grace Lee Whitney ( Star Trek ) her voice.
