Content

Frederike Countess of Bantz, the owner of the goods Immenhof, has vouched for her nephew Peter. After the guarantee has become due, the Immenhof must be auctioned. The farm is finally bought by the industrialist Peter "PS" steel. This comes to terms with the couple Christiansen, after Stefan Christiansen was dismissed as editor of its publisher.

The Countess Bantz find it hard at first to give up control on the Immenhof. Between Hanna and Stefan Christiansen problems arise because he receives a tempting job offer from his former newspaper publisher.

Furthermore, the indigenous to the Immenhof horses are at the center of the series. Mentioned here is especially Carthage, on the particular rider Kerstin has high hopes.

Reference to the movies

In contrast to the films of the 1970s, the twins from Immenhof and Spring on Immenhof, the series builds no longer content to the fate of the Jantzen family. The events of the film series are not mentioned and even stand in contrast to the plot of the series. Here it is explained that the Countess Bantz since her escape from East Prussia lives on the Immenhof.

Radiations

The series was later broadcast by ZDF, first, of tv.nrw and ZDFkultur.
