In Search of the Castaways (film)

The Adventures of Captain Grant (Original Title: In Search of the Castaways ) is an American adventure film directed by Robert Stevenson in 1962 with Maurice Chevalier, Hayley Mills, George Sanders, Wilfrid Hyde-White and Michael Anderson Jr. in the lead roles. The film was produced by the Walt Disney Company based on the novel The Children of Captain Grant by Jules Verne.

Action

The young Mary Grant and together with her younger brother Robert and a family friend, the young at heart French scientist Professor Jacques Paganel, to Glasgow, to convince the splenetic, but in character integrity Glenarvan thereof, as the owner of the shipping company after her father, the shipwrecked of captain John Grant, look.
