The Independence Stadium ( Independence Stadium German ) is the largest stadium in Namibia and is one of three national stages. It is located in Olympia, a southern district of the capital Windhoek.

From mid- December 2009 to March 2010 extensive renovations were carried out at the stadium. Confusion

The stadium is not to be confused with the Katutura area located Sam Nujoma Stadium and the Independence Stadium in the city nordnamibischen Oshakati.
