The Inđija Stadium (Serbian: Стадион Инђија, Stadium Inđija or Стадион Инђијe, Stadium Inđije ) is the football stadium of the Serbian club FK Inđija Inđija out of town and offers 4,000 spectators.

History

The stadium is located near the city center and train station the railway line Belgrade - Subotica -Budapest. It was built on the site of a former locomotive depot. For decades, it is the center of sports and football activities in the city. Immediately after the establishment of the association Železnik Inđija, the predecessor of the club, the area was fenced and set up wooden Sitzplätzer with capacity for 600 spectators.

Changing rooms were built until 1962. Until then moved around the sports cafe opposite the stadium. The decrepit wooden seats were replaced in 1970. In 2006, the stadium received a part of its present appearance. The first sports facility could offer 4000-5000 square people. More recently, the stricter requirements on both the safety and the comfort.

Known Shortly before the taking place in Serbia Summer Universiade in 2009, as World University Games, the stadium was extensively renovated. For this, a new North Stand was built with 2,500 seats, as well as a west stand with a capacity of 800 seats. The nine of bleachers was fully equipped with the East Stand with new seats. The playing field was leveled, equipped with a new lawn and irrigation system and extended 65 m on the surface of 105 x.

The stadium now has a total of five inputs and a display panel size 5 x 3 m. The dressing and bathing rooms rooms have also been refurbished. Thus, the lounges were expanded and modernized so as to standards set by the UEFA and international matches to meet. Also, a VIP lounge with a capacity of 20 seats was set up. Inside the stadium, there is also a restaurant with 100 seats. The stadium will be expanded in the near future to 9000 seats.
