Thomson Reuters Highly Cited Research (formerly ISI Highly Cited ) is a database and web site of the company Thomson Reuters, which lists the 250 most cited, respectively, and thus the most influential scientists from 21 academic disciplines. The analyzed scientific literature dates from the years 1981-2007; it is based on the Web of Science.

The data is based on work done by the Institute for Scientific Information, which was taken over by Thomson in 1992.
