Insurgentes Ice Rink

The Pista de Hielo Insurgentes is an ice rink in Mexico City. It was built in 1962 and is divided into two parts of the building. The changing rooms, administration, and the warm-up area located in a rectangular part of the building, while the rink is followed in a hall with a domed roof. In the hall find 3386 spectators. For the Summer Olympic Games in 1968, the hall was prepared according to the rules of the Fédération Internationale des Luttes Associées, so that there the competitions could be held in rings. Subsequently, the hall continued to be used for ice sports.
