International Competition Network

The International Competition Network ( ICN ) is a significant initiative of the United States, founded in October 2001 forum in which national competition authorities find themselves together for agreement on common principles of competition policy. It aims to improve the bilateral cooperation in the treatment of cross-border cases and provide a possible alternative to a (mainly German side repeatedly advocated ) global supranational competition law.
