International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors

The International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors, ICPS abbreviated, is a scientific conference held every two years. It meet there several hundred scientists to the latest developments and research in the field of semiconductor physics at present.

Until now, the ICPS has occurred 30 times, most recently in July 2010 in Seoul. The 31st ICPS will be held in Zurich in 2012.
