International Council on Educational Credential Evaluation

The International Council on Educational Credential Evaluation ( German International Council for the evaluation of educational achievement ), short ICECE, is a legally independent organization with close links to UNESCO and to the Euro Europe and has its headquarters in Brussels.

Among the areas of responsibility of the ICECE include the quality assessment of private academic evaluation enterprise, the promotion of and participation in research projects that deal with international higher education and the recognition of qualifications, and informing the general public about the principles and tools for the recognition of qualifications. In cooperation with governmental and non-governmental partner organizations that regularly organizes conferences ICECE and conferences.
