International Federation of Air Traffic Controllers' Associations

The International Federation of Air Traffic Controllers' Associations ( IFATCA ) is an international professional association of air traffic controllers with a membership of 100 legal entities and 50,000 individuals. The Association is registered in Switzerland, however, the office is located in Montreal ( Canada). President and Chief Executive Officer Marc Baumgartner, his representative is Gabriela logato.

The aim of the association's work is to ensure and improve aviation safety, efficiency, regulation, support for air traffic control, improvement of the infrastructure and systems as well as knowledge transfer and exchange.

There will be annual conferences with members instead. The IFATCA are quarterly magazine THE CONTROLLER Journal of Air Traffic Control out .. The IFATCA consists of four permanent committees: Technical & Operations Committee, Finance Committee, Professional & Legal Committee and Constitution & AdministrationCommittee.
