International Korfball Federation

The International Korfball Federation ( IKF ) is the international governing body for Korfball. It was founded on June 11, 1933 in Antwerp, Belgium. The seat is located in Zeist, the Netherlands.

The IKF was officially recognized by the International Olympic Committee in 1993 and is the General Association of International Sports Federations, the ARISF and the International Federation for World of Games.

The organization's goal is to make Korfball popularity and to increase the number of countries where it is played. Currently one of the IKF 61 members. These are materially and financially supported.
