International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims

The International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims ( IRCT ) is an independent, globally operating Organzisation based in Copenhagen, which was founded in 1985 by the famous Danish doctor and activist Ai- Inge Genefke and her supporters.

Background
