Inverclyde (Gaelic Inbhir Chluaidh ) is one of 32 Council Areas in Scotland. It lies at the northern end of the Firth of Clyde and adjacent to Renfrewshire and North Ayrshire. The area of this county is the traditional county of Renfrewshire.
