Invisible (Edyta-Album)

Invisible is the second international album of Polish singer Edyta Górniak. It was released on 31 March 2003.

Supervised the work has A & R pro Chris Briggs. Three pieces are from the production team of the Spice Girls, " Absolute ".

Background

After Edyta had their tour ended in 1999 and released their first live album, Live '99, they began work on their second international album.

Since only English-language songs had been recorded on their last studio album and their last studio album was released with Polish songs in 1995, they decided to record some songs for their Polish Polish fans. These songs were released in a special publication for the Polish market on two CDs in 2002, which was named Perla. The global version of Invisible contained only English-language songs again and was published in 2003.

After Perla was published, another song for the international market, the dance title Impossible, Absolute was taken.

Invisible was recorded at Olympic Studios in London and the Royaltone Studios in Los Angeles.

Reception

Markus Full -reviewed the album for the Neue Zürcher Zeitung. He describes Invisible as a versatile and modern sounding than the debut. Edytas soulful vocals lift out against the often placed acting emotionality of Mariah Carey, Celine Dion and Whitney Houston.
