Ioan Mircea Pașcu

Ioan Mircea Paşcu ( born February 17, 1949 in Satu Mare, Satu Mare County ) is a Romanian politician and Member of the European Parliament for the Social Democrat Partidul.

Paşcu was December 28, 2000 to December 28, 2004 Romanian defense minister.

In the wake of Romania's accession to the European Union, he heard since 1 January 2007, the European Parliament, where it is a member of the Socialist Group in the European Parliament.

Ioan Mircea Paşcu was about illegal activities of the U.S. secret service CIA in Europe, Dick Marty, mentioned by name in the report of the investigator of Europe as one of those secret torture prisons on the military base Mihail Kogălniceanu authorized or at least it knew and have to answer.
