Ioannis Fetfatzidis

Ioannis Fetfatzidis (Greek Γιάννης Φετφατζίδης, born December 21, 1990 in Drama ) is a Greek footballer who is currently at Genoa under contract. His preferred position is attacking midfield.

Career

Fetfatzidis played in the Youth for Olympiakos Piraeus, where he was part of the senior squad since 2009. He made his debut on 31 October 2009 in the Super League when he came off the bench in the game against Atromitos Athens. His first goal he scored on 16 October 2010 at the game against Skoda Xanthi. With Olympiakos Piraeus he was several Greek champion and cup winner. In the summer of 2013 Fetfatzidis signed a four year contract with the Italian first division club FC Genoa, who paid four million euros for 75 % of the transfer rights to Olympiakos Piraeus.

On 8 October 2010 he made his debut in the Greek national team, when he came off the bench in the game against Latvia. On 9 February 2011, he scored the game 's first goal against Canada.
