Iphicles

Iphicles (Greek Ἰφικλῆς ) In Greek mythology, the son of Alcmene. He was the second son begotten of Amphitryon, human twin (half ) brother of Heracles, who was fathered by Zeus. With his wife's car Medusa he had a son Iolaus. Iphicles was a participant in the hunt for the Calydonian boar, and fell in battle against the sons of Hippocoon of Sparta. Alternatively, he died after being wounded in the fight against Moliones in Pheneos, where he was worshiped as a hero.
