The Ipsen International Holding is the holding company of the Ipsen Group. The Ipsen Group operates with engineering companies in Europe, Asia and the U.S. in industrial furnaces. Managing directors are Thorsten Krüger ( CEO), Peter Fleischmann, Houman Khorram and Geoffrey Somary (COO). Current shareholders are the private equity firm Quadriga Capital Private Equity Fund III. History

The first company was founded in 1948 as Ipsen Industries by Harold Ipsen in Rockford (Illinois ). The Ipsen factory in Kleve was born in 1957.

Ipsen, originally a family experienced several acquisitions. The Ipsen Group has at times been part of the Ruhrgas Group. As part of the E.ON Ruhrgas merger with made ​​further acquisitions.

Products
