Irene Adams, Baroness Adams of Craigielea

Katherine Patricia Irene Adams, Baroness Adams of Craigielea (* December 27, 1947 ) is a British politician and member of the House of Lords.

Previously, she represented the constituency from 1990 to 2005 Paisley North in the House of Commons. The seat was originally owned by her late husband Allen Adams, who held it from 1979 to 1990. After his death, she went to the election and won. She is a member of the Labour Party and is there to the left wing. Adams is widowed. She has a son and two daughters.
