Irfan Bachdim

Irfan Bachdim ( born August 11, 1988 in Amsterdam ) is a Dutch - Indonesian football player. Since 2013, the midfielder is the pro squad of the Thai club Chonburi FC.

Career

Association

Bachdim played in the youth of Ajax Amsterdam and SV Argon, before joining the youth department of FC Utrecht in 2003. In 2008, he belonged to the senior squad for the first time the association. On 17 February 2008 he stood against VVV-Venlo surprisingly in the starting lineup of the FCU and played the full 90 minutes. It remained to be so far only used. Bachdim since then is the squad of reserve team and is there achievers.

National

As the Indonesian U-23 selection in 2006 the Netherlands opened their training camp, Bachdim joined the squad. Before the ensuing Asian Games 2006, the midfielder injured, however, and thus missed a nomination.
