Irina Shtork

Irina Štork ( born April 7, 1993, Tallinn, Estonia) is an Estonian ice skater. It starts with her partner Taavi Rand for the FSC Jääkild Tallinn. 2010, the pair won the gold medal at the Estonian Championships for the first time.

Sporting career

With Taavi Rand Štork won at the age of eleven years, the bronze medal at the Estonian Championship 2005. 2007 and 2008, the pair won the gold medal at the National Junior Championships. In the Figure Skating Junior World Championships they occupied in both 2007 and 2008 the 22th Place. In 2007, she reached at the Junior Grand Prix competitions in Vienna and Tallinn each tenth. In the 2008 / 09 season, the couple separated temporarily. In the following season they returned and won the Estonian Championship of seniors. Since the successful Estonian ice dance Caitlin Mallory / Kristian edge due to the lack of Estonian citizenship Mallory can not participate in the Olympic Games, Štork / edge for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver have been nominated.
