Isfahani style

The Esfahani style (Persian سبک اصفهانی, IPA: sæbk ɛsfɑhɑni ɛ ) is the last traditional Iranian architecture. He coined two periods: First, it is brought in time in connection with the Safavid era, where he achieved his greatest distribution and significance. The style was picked up from the beginning of the Afschariden - time to end the era of Mohammed Shah again. To Qadscharen time he lost because of European architecture influences in Iran in importance.

In the Safavid era the Esfahani style extended to India and became known there as Mughal architecture.
