İskilip is a town in the Turkish province of Çorum. At the same time İskilip is the capital of the district of the same name. İskilip is in the northwest of the province, bordering the province of Kastamonu. The city has 20,405 and the county of 37 307 inhabitants ( 2012).

İskilip was called in ancient Asklepios and was part of Paphlagonia and Bithynia later.
