Ismael Blanco ( 2009)

Ismael Blanco ( born January 19, 1983 in Santa Elena ) is an Argentine football player.

Career

South America

Blanco started his career in 2002 at CA Colón. His successful career start in 2004 by a significant injury ( torn ACL ) is interrupted. After his rehabilitation, he was on loan from January to June 2005 in the Paraguayan club Club Libertad, with whom he took part in the Copa Libertadores 2005. After that, he was awarded for two years to the Argentine second division Olimpo de Bahía Blanca, where the rise of his team he División in the 2006/07 season in the Primera contributed decisively. He was twice crowned top scorer, first the Apertura (Spring Championship / August-December ) of 2006, the second league with 18 goals and on the Clausura (Fall Championship / January-May ) of 2007, the second league with 11 goals. AEK Athens operated before season end in April 2008, the purchase option to sign him permanently and initially had endowed him with a contract until 2011. In the 2008 /09 season he was top scorer again. In the 2010/11 season he was with AEK Greek Cup winner. Be expiring contract was not renewed.

Club San Luis

In summer 2011, he moved to Mexico free transfer to first division club San Luis. There he was mostly only a substitute and came only two goals in fifteen missions. In mid-February, the contract was prematurely dissolved by mutual consent.

Legia Warsaw

On February 24, 2012 Blanco signed with the Polish first division club Legia Warsaw a contract until the end of the 2011/12 season with the option to extend this for another season. There, however, he came only to six inserts in the second half of the season 2011/12. With Legia Warsaw he became the Polish Cup winner.

TSV 1860 München

On July 16, 2012 Blanco signed with the German second division club TSV 1860 Munich a two-year contract after his contract with Legia Warsaw was not renewed. In January 2013, he broke his contract prematurely at 1860 and returned with his family to Argentina.

Trivia

In Argentina, he was known as a child, but also later as a player under the nickname " Zungui ", which sometimes led him after a goal the first letter "Z" with outstretched hand, " write " into the air.
