ISO 3166-2:KR

The list of ISO -3166 -2 codes for South Korea contains the codes for the nine provinces, six provinces and the capital city.

The codes are composed of two parts which are separated by a hyphen. The first part is the country code according to ISO 3166-1 ( for South Korea KR ), the second the code for the province again. The current country code has not been updated since the publication in 1998.
