Isobel Campbell
Isobel Campbell ( * April 27, 1976 in Glasgow ) is a former member of the band Belle and Sebastian. Even before she left the band in 2002, she worked on her solo project, The Gentle Waves and brought out several albums. In 2003 he was the solo album Amorino. Was on this album still has strong echoes of the catchy indie pop of their previous band, she let herself down significantly from darker folk and Americana - inspired themes. This applies both for her solo album Milkwhite sheets as well as their collaboration with Mark Lanegan, with whom she has recorded an EP and two albums.
