Isokwe

Isokwe is an inhabited, seven kilometers long and up to two kilometers wide island in Lake Mweru in the Luapula Province in Zambia, about five kilometers from the city Kashikishi.

It is a narrow, elongated fishing island, which merges into the swamps of the Luapula River Delta in the west, and is run regularly from Nchelenge by ferry.
