Issa Bagayogo

Issa Bagayogo (* 1961 ) is a Malian musician. He has released four albums under the label Six Degrees Records. On these he plays himself Ngoni and sings, Yves Wernert is his keyboardist and producer. He mixes western techno beats, loops, samples, electric guitars, drums and bass with the instruments of Africa, all of course his kora. He has received the nickname Techno - Issa in Mali through the use of many electronic elements.
