Issiar Dia ( born June 8, 1987 in Sèvres, France) is a Senegalese footballer who also has French citizenship. He is since 2012 when Lekhwiya under contract.

Association
His professional career began in 2004 when Issiar Dia former French second division side Amiens SC, for whom he once met in 45 league games eight.
In the summer of 2006, the Senegalese changed for two million € fee to the French first division club AS Nancy. On September 10, 2006, in the match against Toulouse FC, the 19- year-old Issiar Dia made his debut in Ligue 1 by came on in the 68th minute for Moncef Zerka. Later, on 28 September 2006, the Senegalese made his feature debut and goal in the European Cup in a 3-1 win in the return match against the tournament favorites FC Schalke 04 in the first round of the UEFA Cup, in addition, he was on all three goals involved and thus they reached the group stage to final sixteenth. This Issiar Dia made with his team for a surprise UEFA competition. He played for ASNL 115 league games and scored 13 goals, including eight in his final season at the Lorena.
For the 2010/11 season Issiar Dia joined Fenerbahce in the Süper Lig, the premier league in Turkey. He signed a four year contract there.
National
He went through the French youth teams U -18, U -19 and U -21, but then decided to continue for the Senegalese national aground. His debut in the Senegalese 8 June 2008 at the World Cup qualifier against Gambia in Bakau, he was in a substitute 61 minutes and the match ended 0-0. His goal debut in Issiar Dia on 5 September 2008 at the World Cup qualifying match in Blida against Algeria, he scored in the 53 minutes his goal for a 1-0 lead for Senegal.
Play
The Senegalese can play on the right and in the left, but prefers the right. He is also famous for his speed and his quick dribbling. With his playing style comparisons with Franck Ribéry will gladly pulled.
