Secret bishops

In times of political persecution in the Soviet Union " were for the Greek- Catholic Church bishops consecrated ground, which ensured the survival of the church until the downfall of the regime ". These bishops were Stepan Czmil SDB, Ivan Choma and Ljubomyr Cardinal Husar. The appointments of these "underground or secret bishops " did not approval of the Holy See, but they were later confirmed. In these consecrations, although contradictory, Bishop Prasko Mitkonsekrator should have been. ( Comparatively: Cardinal in pectore )
