J. C. Quinn

JC Quinn ( born November 30, 1940 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, † 10 February 2004 in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico ) was an American actor.

Life

Quinn studied acting in New York City and first played at the theater. The mid-1970s he played with the New York Shakespeare Festival and in 1981 he joined Heartland on Broadway. He had in 1978 in the film drama nightmare behind bars, his feature film debut. Two years later he was seen in Stuart Rosenberg's prison drama Brubaker as a prison barber alongside Robert Redford and Morgan Freeman. This was followed by roles in head hunt beside Kirk Douglas and Silkwood alongside Meryl Streep and Kurt Russell. From the mid- 1980s, Quinn received guest roles in various television series such as Cagney & Lacey, and Miami Vice. In 1986 he was when Duncan Keller in the Stephen King adaptation Rhea M - It started without warning to see in James Cameron's sci-fi movie Abyss - abyss of death he placed Arliss ' Sonny ' Dawson dar. Furthermore, he starred in the miniseries from the Earth to the Moon and had a guest role in the British series the professionals - the next generation. He had his last film appearances in 2000.

Quinn died in 2004 in a road accident in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.
